ATX’s Safety Boiler is engineered to prevent overheating and operational risks through system-level safety logic and integrated engineering design.
ATX developed titanium corrugated tubes to overcome the structural and performance limitations of conventional titanium pipes in demanding operating environments. As the first successful development of its kind in Korea, this innovation represents a significant advancement in titanium heat-transfer technology. ATX is currently the only supplier worldwide offering titanium corrugated tubes, delivering a unique solution not available through conventional suppliers.

Transporting long titanium pipes has traditionally required freight-only delivery.
This dependence on dedicated truck transport significantly increases domestic shipping costs.
In addition, importing titanium pipes from overseas involves substantial logistics and transportation expenses.

Installing long pipes on-site requires cutting, bending, welding, and assembly work.
Because these processes must be performed in the field, installation becomes complex and leads to significant additional costs.

Even stainless steel corrodes rapidly when continuously exposed to seawater or chemical environments.
In particular, during on-site fabrication, if oxygen is not fully excluded under poor welding conditions, corrosion can occur at titanium weld joints.

ATX is currently the only company in the world supplying titanium corrugated tubes.
Flexible structure that can be bent by hand
Thanks to the flexible corrugated structure, the tube can be bent and shaped on-site without the need for a bending machine.
Easy cutting with simple hand tools
While conventional pipes require cutters or grinders, the thin-walled corrugated tube can be cut using small hand tools alone.
Supplied in roll form
Supplied in roll form, allowing convenient parcel delivery, easy storage, and simple handling. Thanks to titanium’s high corrosion
Thin wall thickness (0.3t)
While conventional pipes have a minimum wall thickness of 0.5t, titanium corrugated tubes feature a wall thickness of 0.3t, making them approximately 40% thinner. This reduced thickness results in higher heat exchange performance.
Expanded heat transfer area through corrugated structure
The corrugated structure provides a larger heat transfer area compared to a straight pipe of the same length.
As a result, the required tube length can be reduced by approximately 30% to achieve the same heat transfer capacity.
Enhanced heat transfer through turbulence
As fluid flows through the tube, it repeatedly interacts with the corrugated surface, generating turbulence.
In straight pipes, fluid layers remain separated after heat exchange, leading to reduced efficiency.
In contrast, turbulence generated within the corrugated tube significantly improves heat transfer efficiency.

Supplied as a finished heat exchanger using corrugated tubes.
The corrugated tube is provided as a flexible component-level solution, manufactured according to required size, length, wall thickness, and forming specifications based on on-site operating conditions.
By sharing key process parameters such as operating temperature, pressure range, fluid characteristics, corrosion environment, and installation constraints, an optimized corrugated tube specification can be defined to ensure mechanical stability and long-term performance in the intended application.
The corrugated structure enhances flexibility and adaptability, allowing the tube to accommodate thermal expansion, vibration, and minor misalignment within piping or thermal systems.
As a result, corrugated tubes can be efficiently integrated into a wide range of thermal, chemical, and fluid-handling systems where customized dimensions, corrosion resistance, and reliable material performance are required at the component level.

The operating principle is the same as that of an electric iron. When the temperature reaches the preset limit, the boiler automatically shuts off, maintaining a stable temperature.
When water is insufficient, temperature can rise rapidly. Once the set temperature is exceeded, power is immediately cut off by the first bimetal protection. For additional safety, a secondary bimetal cutoff is applied as a backup, ensuring redundant protection.
Conventional systems require heaters to be installed directly in tanks,
or separate purchases and management of heaters and heat exchangers.
The ATX electric boiler features an integrated design,
allowing heating simply by connecting the piping—no complex installation required.
Yes. Simply connect the power cable to operate. You can think of it as working on the same principle as a wireless electric kettle.
Many systems are designed to manage accidents.
Few are designed to eliminate them by structure.
The ATX Fire-Prevention Electric Boiler redefines the safety standard for electric heating systems.
It delivers safety not managed by operation, but completed by design.
