Piping Components and Connection Types

Spools (Fabricated Items)

ATX developed titanium corrugated tubes to overcome the limitations of conventional titanium pipes.

As the first development of its kind in Korea, ATX is currently the only company in the world supplying titanium corrugated tubes.

① Spool Piping

Fabrication is carried out based on customer-provided drawings
 or mutually agreed isometric / GA drawings.

Scope of Application
– Fabrication available in Titanium, Zirconium, Tantalum, Niobium, and Nickel
– Applicable to both small-bore and large-bore piping
– Design support available upon request, considering piping layout and fabrication requirements

Key Fabrication Control Items
– Control of flange face parallelism and surface alignment
– Axial alignment and angular orientation control
– Prevention of cumulative tolerances and assurance of dimensional accuracy

② Lined Spool

– Alloy overlay applied on base metal
– Reduction of equipment cost through minimized use of high-cost specialty materials
– Selective lining applicable to areas with localized corrosion

③ Special Fabricated Items

Custom fabrication is available for geometries beyond standard piping

 taking into account fluid characteristics, corrosive environments, and operating temperature and pressure conditions.
